Eaten by Chris B on 10/30/2006 at 12:29 AM CST

剁椒鱼头 Mashed Pepper Fish Head

Eaten by Chris B on 10/18/2006 at 1:15 AM CST

It might be hard to make out what this is, but it is a fish head split down the middle and splayed open. It’s over a layer of tofu skin and under a layer of red chilis. Now you might think how could you possibly eat a fish head, but let me tell you it is quite delicious and there is a suprising amount of meat on one of these heads.
